BULGARIAN ROSE HYDROLATE: The water that rose as steam through the freshly picked flowers carrying the oil from the petals. When the steam re-condenses, the essential oil (rose otto) floats on the surface and is skimmed off, leaving the fragrant water as a valuable by-product of steam distillation. Use as a hydrating spritz on skin before applying Queen Esther, facial cream or other skin care oils.
