Homeopathic Indications: Electrolyte Plus is for the temporary relief of symptoms relating to electrolyte imbalance such as dizziness and fatigue.

½ tsp twice a day for stamina building and muscle recovery, best if taken ½ hour prior to workout. For more strenuous workouts dosage may be increased to 1 tsp. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.
